|Recommended: YesClean Modern — The grounds are well kept, the staff is very friendly and communicative, and it's a perfect place to experience all Northern Utah has to offer. My only complaint is the limited amount of parking.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Quiet and cozy, we have never heard our neighbors. Community manager and maintenance staff are always very responsive and courteous. The grounds are kept very clean. Each unit comes with an oversized two car parking garage. We are able to park both of our vehicles inside our garage and still have storage available. Overall this is a great place to live
