|Recommended: YesSo far so good... — After moving from my home of 15 years, I thought I'd have a tough time downsizing. So far, this feels like a quiet, safe, relaxing space to live. I've enjoyed using the gym, the clubhouse, and playground when having visitors. The parking isn't great, but I only have one vehicle. The staff have been excellent in taking care of me throughout the entire move in, and beyond.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful — I thoroughly enjoy living in the Vista townhome community. It is a peaceful place to live with wonderful neighbors, competent maintenance staff, and very friendly property staff who care about my experience here. I highly recommend living at the Vista townhomes.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I have really enjoyed living here. It’s a safe and pleasant community. Cute townhomes, that are warm and inviting. Definitely would recommend The only downside is the parking is very limited here.

|Recommended: YesLoving life at Moda Vista — I absolutely love my home here at Moda Vista. I have been here since the first of March 2022. I love the design of my townhome. My favorites are the tall ceilings and big windows and open floor plan. Every night I have an amazing view of the sunset. I absolutely love design and decorating and I love the colors and choices made in my townhome. The white walls and light gray carpet and hardwood floors look beautiful against my furniture. The closets are huge and I love all the windows. I love the gym..I actually go and use it. The pool and hot tub and grounds are beautiful. I love having those amenities. I have had no problems here with my townhome except for maybe just very very simple things and the maintenance and staff were WONDERFUL to address these items ASAP. My only negative review will be that the bushes in front of my townhome are dead. They have not been trampled by a dog they simply have not gotten water and died. I paid a lot of money for beautiful flower pots out front and I hate that there are dead bushes in front of my living room windows. That stuff matters to me. I asked the staff about it and they said that the property managers will not replace those. That is frustrating for me because I plan on being a long-term resident here. I would hope that would be something that could be addressed. I plan on making this beautiful home with my family and friends a place to live for a long time. It is a wonderful place to live and the neighbors are so nice. 💗 -AD

|Recommended: YesBeautiful and Fun Place To Live — We are a family of 6- mom dad 4 kiddos 8.5, 6, 4.5, 2 and these town homes have been perfect for us. We love that there is a park within walking distance from our home, a pool and hot tub, a gym, an available space to use for parties by the pool, a perfect sized front porch, and more We are in the 3 bedroom and it is just perfect for our family. The spacious primary bedroom is like a luxurious getaway for my husband and I and our children love that they have their own bathroom right next to their bedrooms. The layout is perfect for us. I love how open and BRIGHT it is in our home I know the benefits of owning your own home, which we look forward to accomplishing in the future when the time is right for us, but for now we are very much enjoying Moda Vista and are already sad about the day that our time here comes to an end.
Parking is HORRIBLE here. As the other reviews state, which we read and knew about before choosing to move in so it obviously didn’t stop us. But it is truly the only downside we’ve experienced so far.

|Recommended: YesModa Vista Month Review — My time here has been pleasant so far, the neighbors are great everyone is dog friendly and it's a good environment for them even though it does seem tight and small there. We have plenty of room for everything we need and the amenities they offer are great too We have dealt with in an unprofessional manner by one of the Property Managers, jumping on us about now having dogs on the lease. We know that we mentioned our dogs on the application and they should have been accounted for and we never should have been reached out to the way we were. Other than that everything is great the Maintenance staff is always working hard and keeping the place looking nice and clean, and it is fairly quiet nearly 100 of the time.
|Recommended: YesAbsolutely love living here — It’s a great complex, I wish there was more parking or at least bigger driveways, but we love the garage and the unit Maintenance is always quick and does a great job too We love that dogs are allowed and there are so many pet areas which is awesome. They even provide pet bags
